WHATEVER happened to “till death do us part”??  We guess Evelyn threw that out the window soon after she got a “close call” this past weekend, which may have been a little too close for her comfort.  But it does seem as if Chad is holding onto old traditions when he recently issued an apology statement quoting “I love her to death!”  Stories of domestic violence have been swirling around the  couple, Chad and Evelyn Lozada-Johnson, after a 911 call was made this past saturday night reporting a head-butt injury to Evelyns frontal.  The couples neighbor was the one who reported the 3-inch gash to Evelyns forehead stating “she may need stitches.”  The whole dispute seems to have stemmed from a receipt that was left in the couple’s car showing a purchase of some condoms. After Evelyn confronted chad about her findings of the receipt, they got into a heated argument, which obviously, did not end well.  Chad Johnson, who is 34 yrs old, was booked that same night on domestic battery charges, while Evelyn checked into the nearest hospital for her injuries she sustained. Chad was released from jail at the beginning of the week only to find that he was no longer a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. They dropped him soon as they received word of the altercation.  Shortly after that, he also found that he may no longer be a husband either,  being that his wife of only 41 days has filed for divorce.  But wait!? Didn’t we all think that Evelyn was, as she would say, ”bout that life??” Guess she sure fooled everyone! According to the 42 yr old reality star, “domestic violence is NOT okay and she is taking a stand in hopes to encourage other woman to break their silence as well.” Like, throwing wine bottles at people’s heads on national television is any better!?  Umm, we think not Ev!  Its been reported that VH1 has also pulled the plug on the couples reality show, titled ”EV & OCHO,” that was supposed to air in early september.  While we hope that the couple finds some sort of comfort outside of the recent issues being addressed, its clear that this may very well be the end of reality tv’s favorite pair.
