Looking good, Kelly Rowland!

The singer showed off her tight abs when she hit the beach in Miami on Sunday following a gym session. Rowland seemed to be in great spirits, smiling and laughing with friends in the springtime sun.

Last week, Rowland confirmed that she would not be returning as a judge on the U.K. version of “The X Factor.”

“I loved the U.K. and being part of the show last year,” Rowland said in a statement. “Mentoring the girls was such an incredible experience I will never forget. I would like to thank Simon for the great opportunity and asking me to be a judge last season.”

Now that her schedule’s opened up, perhaps Rowland will get to spend more time with her pal Beyonce’s daughter, Blue Ivy.
